Few words about the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our client’s business stakeholders and its IT department. In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying business needs, analyzing requirements, and designing solutions that leverage technology to drive process improvement and achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders across various departments to gather, analyze, and document business needs.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications for IT projects.
- Work with IT developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement IT solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain business process models and user documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT business analysis.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
- Strong background in SAP Customer Service and Sales & Distribution modules
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
