Few words about the role:
In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational challenges within our production, inspection, and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across our entire value chain.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality issues within our manufacturing, inspection, and warehousing processes.
- Develop and implement effective Tier-management strategies to drive process improvement from a holistic perspective.
- Conduct comprehensive Value Stream Analyses (VSMs) and spearhead Zero Loss initiatives to eliminate waste and streamline operations.
- Provide hands-on problem-solving support to our production, inspection, and warehouse teams, implementing practical solutions and structural improvements.
- Champion process automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency, data collection, and decision-making capabilities.
- Leverage data analytics and implement data visualization techniques to gain insights, identify trends, and inform improvement strategies.
- Lead and execute improvement projects and workshops, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in similar continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated passion for Lean Six Sigma principles and a proven track record of achieving continuous improvement and exceptional performance across an industrial value chain.
- Expertise in developing and visualizing data-driven performance management structures.
- Proven ability to lead change and transformation initiatives within a multidisciplinary organization.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to exceed expectations and deliver results on time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Dutch.
- Willingness to travel internationally
