We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented R&D Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of strategic R&D programs that will shape the future of our connected workflow solutions portfolio.
Few words about the role:
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization (engineering, product management, marketing, sales) to define and prioritize R&D programs aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional R&D teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient project execution.
- Oversee all aspects of the R&D program lifecycle, including program initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Identify and manage program risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Track program progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on program status to senior management.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.
- Manage external relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in R&D program management, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex R&D programs on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Stage-Gate).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools a plus (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
